- Minimum commitment of 6 months and a valid credit card must be on file.

- One complimentary Custom or European facial can only be claimed every 6 months

- Free services must be claimed within 1 year of signing up as a member and it resets every year.

- Free services do not roll over the following year and will be forfeited if not used within that one calendar year.

- Membership cannot be combined with other promotions.

- Discounts will not be available once membership is discontinued and any unclaimed complimentary services are forfeited.

- Complimentary services are non-transferrable.

- No show appointments results in a $50 no show fee.

- Clients must notify the clinic 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

- Membership fee is non-refundable.
